It was surprisingly safe area and short commute to the NYC. I was pleasantly surprised that the neighborhood was very nice. It felt safe. Commute was short-around 15 to 20 minutes to get to Central Park. Staff was friendly and even gave us free maps and brochures, since it was our first time in NYC. Also, the AC was already on when we opened the room, which I found very considerate. I enjoy staying in the motel.

I went to many hotels and motels in my life. Many hotels and motels I went was bad to worse experience. But I witness the one of the best and awesome motel in this place. I had the safest enviroment and best customer service in this motel. Also the staff help me in attractions around the city. The manager always ask me if anything he can do or any other staff can do to get better relax and comfortable. I love this motel and the people working in it.

This week, I had amazing and beautiful experience in NYC. One of best times was in the motel. The motel staff provide me with all attractions that they thought of. Also, one of the best services and comforts that I didn\'t receive in a while. I was there for two night in the motel. I was able to access the internet without charge. Because I know when I go to brand name hotels. They charge money for the internet. I was surprise that they didn\'t charge me anything. I felt like it was a second home for me. The manager and the staff very knowledgeable and very friendly to me and everyone else. Because I thought only the brand names hotels do that. But I guess this motel does the same service and customer support to comparing to brand names hotels. I would visit this motel again when I travel to NYC.

Overall, everything met our needs! It was wonderful. The rooms were somewhat large and offered just what we needed. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our family 2 adults & 4 kids. It is beautiful spot for JFK airport. So we can go everywhere we want to go. The 10-15 minute walk to the Bus made our trip to the city more enjoyable (we did not have to drive in the city.
